A Study of Everyday English

Welcome!

This experiment is about spoken English in everyday interactions. It will take about 5-10 minutes to complete and involves listening to sentences and rating their acceptability on a sliding scale of 0-100. There is no compensation available for participation in this study, but you will contribute to our knowledge about language.

The experiment is conducted by Maria Mørch Dahl, PhD student at Aarhus University, visiting the University of Edinburgh, and has been granted ethics approval from the University of Edinburgh (ethics approval number: 16-2526/2).
